How to Order From Upbeat Promotions

It’s so easy!

Using the various search options and the links provided, find the products you wish to order .

View the product you like by clicking on its picture or description.

Click on the “Request Quote” button and you will be prompted to input all your contact and company details. You can even upload your logo so that we can see what we will be working with and the different printing methods available to you.

Once we have completed your quote, we will contact you to confirm branding and colour options and to confirm a delivery date.

After this we will simply send you an order confirmation for you to sign and then it's full steam ahead with your promotional products!

Lead Times
You may choose to have products delivered to yourself or another person. Upbeat Promotions will arrange delivery to any address within Australia. Lead times vary from product to product, with most being around 10 days.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wring delivery address, Upbeat Promotions may charge you for a e-delivery of the product to the correct address.

Late Delivery
It is your responsibility to inform Upbeat Promotions if an order does not arrive. Upon being informed by you that an order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, Upbeat Promotions will lodge enquiries with its freight companies to organise delivery as soon as possible.
